Can I get advice on a specific situation with a man?

Do to the large amount of students we currently have, we can not respond to personal emails asking for advice on a specific situation. However, we will say that having taught this for years, The Golden Mirror works on almost all situations.

You can use our “Golden Mirror Assistant” to help with learning the technqiue.

I can't find a product that I purchased in the member's area?

Up in the top navigation you’ll see “Products”. There you’ll find images of all of our products. If the product is “greyed out” and you have purchased it- please contact our support and they will grant you access.  (support@hisgoldenmirror.com)


I'm experiencing some technical difficulties with the Members Area/I want to get a refund for the product(s) that I ordered

Contact the support team at support@hisgoldenmirror.com to get in touch with someone who can help you out (Note: Please give the support team 24 hours/1 day to respond, the support team also works limited hours on weekends so if you send a message on Friday, expect to get a response by Monday latest.)

Anytime you contact support, to expedite things please include:  1. Your full name 2. The email you purchased with  3. The product/s you purchased  4. The Order # on reciept    This will ensure our support staff can help you immediately.

How can I get all the information on my phone or ipad for easy access?

The member’s area is optimized for mobile, so you should have no control accessing the member’s from your phone or Ipad, as we made sure it works great on mobile
